WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
- Returns will be issued refunds in the form of online credit sent to you via provided email.
- Return New Items Only: Returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any damages, scent free and with the original hang tag attached. Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, we will not be able to locate the order to issue a credit.
- Some Items Can’t Be Returned: Unfortunately, Final Sale items cannot be returned. All SALE items are FINAL SALE. These items are marked as such online during your purchase to alleviate confusion. Please make note of it.
- A Refund If Returned Within 15 Days: If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size, fit or style, we will gladly provide you with a store credit on any regular priced items in your order within 15 days of purchase.
- Items Can Not Be Returned After 15 Days: For returned items past the 15 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 15 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 20 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
- Remember to Keep the Tags On: Please, remember to keep all tags on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.
- Orders that are shipped free: Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit upon return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Briganti Boutique does not provide return shipping labels.
- Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us.

Can I make a return past the 15 day period for store credit?
Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 15 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a $6 shipping charge to have the items sent back.
Due to our limited quantities per unique style, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, we will be happy to issue you a gift card code for your return, and if the right size in the right style is available, you can use your code to purchase that item.
