SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

We at Briganti Boutique offer Standard Shipping via USPS at a flat rate of $6.00. We also offer priority shipping for $12.00 on domestic orders.

All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Orders take 3-6 business days from shipment date to be delivered. 

We offer the following shipping processes:

  • USPS: First class 2-5 business days transit
 $6
  • Priority Mail: 1-3 transit
 $12
  • Priority 1 Day: 1-2 day transit $30 

Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected. 

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

Please note we are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between you and the USPS.

Briganti Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. For lost or stolen packages, please contact your local USPS office and request a trace on your package. If an unclaimed packaged has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. 

Briganti Boutique is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather, such as natural cataphoric events. 

Cancelations and changes in the order must be communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. Changes in orders need to be addressed vial email to our customer service team. 

If there is an error on the billing and shipping information that you have provided, packages will most likely be handled by your local post office. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. Please, note that mistake done on behalf of the customer will results in additional shipping costs. Briganti Boutique is not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.

All orders over $100 and Express shipping orders require signatures.

Can I ship to different addresses in the same order?

Sorry, we don't offer multiple-address shipping within one order.

Do you offer weekend delivery?

Packages delivered by USPS might arrive on a Saturday.
